Calling all kiddos! Looking for fun on your day off school? We've got just the thing: P.A. Day Camp! We open the morning up with some games and singing, followed by a short Bible-based lesson. The remainder of the day is jam-packed with more games, activities, and a ton of fun! We wrap up the day with some popcorn and a family-friendly movie. Don't wait another minute to register! Camp is a fun and vibrant way for kids on the North Shore to build relationships with each other, North Shore Church, and our Community.

The day will consist of:

• Music and actions
• Big group games and activities
• A Bible-based lesson and story
• A family-friendly movie at the end of the day

North Shore Church P.A. Day Camp is for any children who are currently in Junior Kindergarten up to Grade 4 during the 2023-'24 school year.

Students in grade 6 and older can contact Pastor Katie to become a junior leader.

The next P.A. Day Camp is happening Friday April 19th, 2024 at North Shore Church, located at 12 Terrace Court, Terrace Bay Ontario.

Here is a sample of what a day at camp might look like:

8:45 - Doors Open

9:00 - Morning Session Begins! Featuring singing, dancing, a short bible-based teaching time, and large group games!

10:30 - Morning Break & Recess

11:15 - More games and activities!

12:30 - Lunch Break

1:30 - Family-friendly Movie!

3:00 - Pick-Up time

Campers should bring with them:

• Bagged nut-free lunch & snacks (1 morning snack break, lunch in the afternoon. A light snack will be provided during our movie time in the afternoon).
• Water bottle
• Weather appropriate clothing
• A change of clothes, just in case!
• Any necessary medications with instructions. (see Registration form for details).

Here is the best part! We love our community SO MUCH and want everyone to be able to come, so we have made this camp completely free to our kids. That said, registration is still required. Donations are always accepted and appreciated to help cover any costs associated with P.A. Day Camp. Any surplus from donations will go into North Shore Church's Kids' Ministry budget, and continue to provide fun and exciting programming for children and their families throughout the year!

Yes! We love including people whenever and wherever possible! There are a number of ways for you to get involved from being a camp counsellor, to making crafts, or leading other activities. This is also a fantastic opportunity for high school students to work towards their volunteer hours that are required for graduation.
