Here's the deal, North Shore Church cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. North Shore is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom.

Our mission at North Shore is to love God first. This means giving our full attention to Him. When we dedicate our lives to Love and Serve God first, we understand His heart for us and for people, YOU! Therefore, we cannot truly Love God without also showing His love to Others. Being a follower of Jesus means living and acting as Jesus would, and He loves everyone.

• Belong - We are family and everyone who comes through our door should feel like they belong here
• Change and Transformation - God never changes, but he says we are to be transformed by renewing our mind
• Generosity - Those who sow generously, reap generously. We want to be generous with our Time, Talent, and Treasure
• Future Generations - God is calling us to reach kids and youth. They will be key in seeing us fulfill our vision now and in the future

North Shore Church has been established the community of Terrace Bay Ontario since 1975 and was known as "Terrace Bay Gospel Assembly. A couple people got together and saw the need for a church family who would bring the good life-changing news about Jesus Christ. A pastor came into this community and began what is now North Shore.

What's the bottom line? More than ever, North Shore is committed to fostering a family built around hope. Hope for today, Hope the future. Hope for better. Hope in Jesus. And as we move forward as a church family, inclusion and belonging remain at the center of who we are as followers of Christ.

We believe that God will take you exactly as you are but we believe that He will never keep you there. We believe when Paul says in the book of Ephesians in the Bible that "He (God) will immeasurably more than we ask or imagine".

This means our church will continue to build on this understanding of New Life in Christ and will continue to grow and learn about the things of God and about the new and creative ways we can fulfill our mission. We are always ready to try something new.
